According to the Ethereum Foundation’s official statement, the Fusaka mainnet upgrade is set for slot 13,164,544 on December 3, 2025 UTC. The update will implement a Blob-Only Parameter fork to increase blob throughput following PeerDAS activation. Additionally, execution and consensus layer enhancements aim to boost Layer 1 efficiency. This upgrade is positioned as a key step in Ethereum’s scalability strategy.
