Binance founder Zhao Changpeng commented on Japan’s proposal to reduce its cryptocurrency tax rate from 55% to 20%, calling it a positive move for economic growth. He pointed out, however, that the new rate is still relatively high compared to countries without capital gains tax on crypto.
