Grayscale Investments has submitted a registration to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to convert its Grayscale Zcash Trust into an ETF. The proposed ZCSH ETF, to be listed on NYSE Arca, would track Zcash’s net asset value with cash creation and redemption. Coinbase Custody is designated as the custodian. Approval would make it the first ETF dedicated to Zcash, potentially increasing institutional and public access to privacy-focused digital assets.
