Bloomberg reported that Australian pension fund Hostplus is considering adding Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies to its Choice Plus self-directed investment option. The fund manages about ¥16 trillion in assets and serves roughly 2 million members. The update adds scale and membership context to Hostplus’s previously reported consideration of digital asset access through its Choice Plus platform.
