U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs recorded $64.67 million in total net outflows on April 7. Fidelity’s FETH led withdrawals with $48.21 million in outflows, followed by BlackRock’s ETHA at $16.46 million. Despite the daily redemptions, total net assets across U.S. spot Ethereum ETFs stood at $11.98 billion, while cumulative net inflows reached $11.54 billion.
