CoinGecko reported that the tokenized real-world asset market reached a total market capitalization of $19.32 billion by the end of Q1 2026. According to its "RWA Report 2026," that represented growth of 256.7% over a 15-month period. The report also said tokenized real-world assets accounted for 6.4% of the stablecoin market. Tokenized real-world assets refer to blockchain-based representations of off-chain assets such as bonds, credit products, commodities, or real estate, a segment that has drawn increasing attention as firms use blockchain rails to improve transferability and settlement efficiency.
