Bithumb expanded on its Vietnam growth plan by signing an MOU with SSI Digital to help build a digital asset exchange in the country. The partnership covers wallet and custody systems, security and risk management, compliance, and product development. Bithumb also said it may make a strategic investment in SSI Digital’s planned exchange, contingent on local regulatory approval. The update moves the story beyond a general expansion signal by outlining the operational areas the two companies plan to develop together.
