The company said it bought 126,971 ETH last week to reach 5,543,872 ETH, while blockchain trackers separately flagged a 75,000 ETH purchase via Kraken and FalconX as Ethereum traded near $1,600.
BitMine Immersion Technologies said it added 126,971 ETH last week, lifting holdings to 5,543,872 ETH as of June 7, 2026, or about 4.59% of Ethereum's roughly 120.7 million supply and around 92% of its stated goal to hold 5% of supply, about 6 million ETH. Separately, blockchain trackers and prior reports cited additional or overlapping purchases, including a 75,000 ETH buy worth about $123 million routed through Kraken and FalconX over roughly eight hours, according to Lookonchain, and a 100,000 ETH purchase valued at about $163 million cited by Odaily and on-chain analyst Ember. BitMine said 4,718,677 ETH are staked, generating about $230 million in annualized yield, and that its crypto, cash and other investments total about $9.6 billion. The buying came during an ETH market pullback, with reports saying macro caution ahead of U.S. inflation data and weakness in broader risk assets kept Ethereum under pressure near the $1,600 area.
