Ondo Finance hires John Hoffman to expand tokenized investment products

Ondo Finance has appointed former Invesco ETF leader John Hoffman as managing director and head of portfolio management, bringing in an executive with experience in both exchange-traded funds and digital-asset distribution. Hoffman, who previously led distribution and partnerships at Grayscale Investments, will focus on building and distributing tokenized portfolios, including products co-developed with asset managers and strategies tied to Ondo’s existing offerings. The hire highlights Ondo’s push beyond tokenized stocks and Treasuries into blockchain-based managed investment products as tokenization gains traction across traditional finance and crypto. The tokenized assets market now exceeds $30 billion, underscoring the scale of investor demand and institutional interest firms such as Ondo are seeking to capture.
