Kalshi has opened its perpetuals product to the public with support for 11 tokens, including $HYPE, making it the first regulated platform to list a Hyperliquid-native perpetual contract and extending access to U.S. traders. Following the launch, Hyperliquid futures open interest rose to $2.48 billion, overtaking XRP, while the HYPE token gained more than 10%. Barron's reporter Nick Devor said on X that Kalshi also plans to launch Kalshi Pro, its proprietary trading terminal, later this summer.
