
The STAR Market listing would fund wafer line upgrades, DRAM technology improvements and research, after the company cleared the Shanghai exchange’s listing committee review in May.
China’s securities regulator approved ChangXin Technology Group’s IPO registration on June 12, advancing the DRAM maker’s planned STAR Market listing after it passed the Shanghai Stock Exchange listing committee review on May 27. The company plans to raise 29.5 billion yuan to upgrade wafer production lines, improve DRAM technology and support research and development. Its prospectus showed first-quarter 2026 revenue of 50.8 billion yuan and net profit of 24.762 billion yuan.
