Onchain reports describe an active Ethereum ICO whale rapidly rotating leveraged exposure across Bitcoin, Ether, Aave and HyperLiquid, including a $54.98 million ETH long after fresh trading losses and later HYPE and ZEC longs.
An active Ethereum ICO whale has been rapidly shifting leveraged crypto exposure across assets and venues. Lookonchain said the trader returned after 10 days, lost about $360,000 on a Bitcoin short after an earlier roughly $3 million loss on a BTC long, and then opened a 5x leveraged ETH long of 31,956 ETH worth about $54.98 million. Other onchain reports described the same whale building and adjusting large Ether-linked positions through Aave and Spark, including cumulative Aave borrowing that reached 44,389 ETH after another 19,000 ETH worth about $33.48 million was borrowed and sold, before later borrowing 10 million USDe to buy 5,817 ETH at $1,719, closing an ETH long for a $396,000 profit, and rotating into leveraged HYPE and ZEC longs on HyperLiquid.
