RE spot trading and futures conversion remain scheduled for June 18, 2026, while OKX expands its USD Expiry Perps lineup with REUSD UM trading on June 19.
OKX said it will list RE on spot markets and convert the token’s pre-market futures into standard perpetual futures on June 18, 2026, updating an earlier rollout that had offered only pre-market derivatives. RE deposits are set to open at 02:00 UTC, a call auction will run from 13:00 to 14:00 UTC, RE/USDT spot trading will start at 14:00 UTC, and withdrawals will open at 16:00 UTC. The exchange said the pre-market futures will be converted within three hours starting at 14:00 UTC, with completion dependent on the RE index remaining stable during that period. OKX describes Re as a blockchain-powered reinsurance protocol that connects on-chain capital to real-world U.S. insurance underwriting and generates uncorrelated yield for holders of two risk-tiered tokens, reUSD and reUSDe. The asset trades under the ticker RE on ERC-20. The exchange also published market-opening controls for the new spot listing. Market orders will not be supported for the first five minutes after the call auction ends, and initial price limits will depend on whether a stable index price is available. For the converted RE standard perpetual futures, OKX said the contract will track the RE/USDT index, settle in USDT, have a face value of 10, support leverage from 0.01x to 20x, and use a funding interval of four hours. Product availability may vary by jurisdiction, and OKX told users to check the app for regional access. Separately, OKX said it launched USD Expiry Perps, branded as X-Perp, across web, app and API, and added REUSD UM as a supported contract. REUSD UM (X-Perp) trading is scheduled to open at 06:30 UTC on June 19, 2026. OKX said X-Perp is designed to provide a more flexible and efficient derivatives trading experience and advised users to understand the risks of leveraged trading and manage positions accordingly.
