The portfolio move shifts capital between two crypto-linked trading platforms as Coinbase fell on the day and Robinhood rose, while Robinhood remained a larger ARKK holding than Coinbase.
Ark Invest bought $18.4 million worth of Coinbase shares on Wednesday while selling nearly $29 million of Robinhood stock, extending a portfolio reshuffle between two closely watched trading-platform companies. Coinbase fell 2.57% to $164.92 on the day, while Robinhood rose 8.78% to $105.20. Despite the sale, Robinhood remained ARKK’s fourth-largest holding at 4.87%, compared with Coinbase as the fund’s eighth-largest position at 3.71%. Investors often track both stocks as proxies for retail trading activity and crypto-market exposure.
