TSMC has begun notifying clients of foundry price increases that reports said extend beyond the widely discussed 3nm process to all advanced nodes at 7nm and below. Earlier market estimates and Hyperinsight put the hikes at about 5% to 10%, with Taiwan media saying the affected technologies account for roughly 75% of the company’s wafer revenue. Separately, Susquehanna raised its target price on TSMC to $575. In crypto-linked trading, the TSM contract on Hyperliquid traded at $446, up 1.2% over 12 hours, while the largest visible on-chain short held a 3x leveraged $1.13 million position at an average entry of $414.28, showing an unrealized loss of about $81,100.
