The Nasdaq-listed infrastructure services company closed the sale of 4 million Class A shares, and underwriters fully exercised their option to buy 600,000 additional shares.
Cardinal Infrastructure Group, Inc. said it closed its upsized underwritten public offering of 4,000,000 shares of Class A common stock at $73.00 each and that underwriters exercised in full their option to purchase 600,000 additional shares on the same terms. Total gross proceeds were approximately $336 million before underwriting discounts, commissions and other offering expenses. Stifel, William Blair and Truist Securities acted as book-running managers. The offering was made under effective Form S-1 registration statements cleared by the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 24, 2026 and was conducted by means of a prospectus.
