The exchange will add RE/U, RE/USD1, XPL/U and XPL/USD1 at 08:00 UTC, enable spot trading bots, offer zero maker fees on eligible U-denominated pairs, and launch the same pairs on Cross Margin.
Binance said it will launch RE/U, RE/USD1, XPL/U and XPL/USD1 at 08:00 UTC on June 30, 2026, across spot and Cross Margin. Spot Trading Bots services via spot algorithmic orders will be available for the spot pairs at launch. Eligible users will receive zero maker fees on the RE/U and XPL/U spot and margin pairs, where applicable, until further notice; standard taker fees will still apply and volumes will count toward VIP tier calculations. Binance Margin separately said the same four pairs will be available on Cross Margin from the same time, warned that newly listed margin pairs can be volatile, and directed users to its Margin Data page for the latest information on marginable assets, limits, collateral ratios and rates. Access remains subject to regional eligibility and account verification requirements.
