Roughly 11 hours later, SHAZ announced $1.6 billion in financing to support a six-year strategic partnership with Nvidia. SharonAI is described as a high-performance computing company that deploys large-scale energy and computing infrastructure and manages U.S. energy market and infrastructure assets. Odaily, citing on-chain analyst Ai Yi, said SHAZ rose 1.45%, while the investor vehicle gained 14% after hours. The SEC requires public disclosure when a fund's holdings exceed 5%.
