The tie-up combines MoEngage’s agentic customer engagement platform with Boldest’s implementation and campaign management services to help telcos address fragmented data, churn and personalization delays.
MoEngage and Boldest, part of Prodapt, said they have formed a strategic partnership to offer cognitive marketing tools to telecommunication operators. The companies said the collaboration is designed to tackle common telecom pain points including fragmented customer data, high churn caused by delayed intervention, and slow rollout of personalized campaigns. MoEngage said its recent acquisition of Aampe helps remove manual, segment-based personalization by combining marketer workflow agents and individual user decisioning agents in a single system, aiming to enable 1-to-1 personalization at scale. Boldest will serve as the execution partner, handling implementation and ongoing campaign management through its Cognitive Marketing framework to act on subscriber intent signals in real time. The companies said the joint offering creates a closed-loop AI system spanning customer onboarding through renewal, with the goal of reducing churn, accelerating growth and improving personalized customer experiences for enterprise telcos.
