Eligible Binance users in seven Venezuelan regions will receive 20 USDT vouchers, while Binance waives VES-denominated C2C and Binance Pay merchant fees for seven days as part of a $3 million relief program.
Binance Charity said it will provide $3 million in relief to eligible Binance users affected by recent earthquakes in Venezuela, primarily through 20 USDT vouchers distributed to users in seven regions identified via POA and eKYC completed by June 26, 2026. Binance also said it will waive fees on VES-denominated C2C trades and Binance Pay merchant transactions in Venezuela for seven days through July 2, 2026. The company described the pledge as a major crypto-industry humanitarian commitment tied to natural disaster relief in the region.
