The LINE Yahoo affiliate has opened developer preregistration for its Unifi wallet-based service, which will support USDT and Japan’s JPYC while targeting roughly 10-minute SDK integration and zero payment fees.
LINE NEXT, a LINE Yahoo affiliate, said it will roll out its stablecoin payment infrastructure UnifiPay globally in the third quarter and has begun preregistration for developers. The service is built around the Unifi wallet and will support three currencies, including USDT and Japan’s JPYC. The company said developers can integrate the SDK (software development kit) in about 10 minutes, and it is aiming for zero payment fees, a pitch that could lower barriers for merchants and apps seeking to add stablecoin payments.
