Foundation Healthcare Holdings will raise about S$242 million ($186.7 million) through an initial public offering in Singapore after pricing its shares at S$0.76 each, the bottom of the marketed S$0.76 to S$0.92 range. The private healthcare group is offering 162.6 million shares, which will raise about S$124 million from the sale, while 10 cornerstone investors have committed about S$118 million. Foundation Healthcare said it operates a network comprising 108 in-house medical specialists, 74 specialist clinics, four medical centres and a proprietary end-to-end healthcare technology platform. It reported pro forma 2025 revenue of S$265.9 million and adjusted core profit of S$51.4 million. The public offer opens on Wednesday, closes on July 6, and trading is expected to begin on July 8.
