Gate’s market updates showed precious metals moving higher, with one snapshot citing gold up 2.95% intraday to $4,116.51 an ounce and silver up 4.26% to $60.97, while a later update showed XAU reaching a 24-hour high of $4,194.74 before trading at $4,182.22, up 3.08%, and XAG touching $62.54 before trading at $62.26, up 4.10%. Volatility gauges eased in the earlier update, with BVIX down 10.24% to 40.08 and EVIX down 7.43% to 55.1. CoinGlass data in the later update showed Gate XAG contract open interest at $65.1959 million and Gate XAU contract open interest at $189 million, with both ranking among the industry’s top two. Gate also said its TradFi products are available through its app and web platform across multiple asset classes.
