Gate has launched gStocks, a tokenized securities service that it said is backed 1:1 by native stock reserves and offers 24/7 trading, order-book matching, unified account management and API access. The company said the first 15 trading pairs include Micron, AMD, SanDisk and SpaceX, and that it plans to expand coverage to more stocks and ETFs while offering free 1:1 two-way conversion between native stocks and tokenized securities. Tokenized securities are designed to give users blockchain-based access to traditional equity exposure, typically by linking each token to an underlying share held in reserve.
