SoftBank Corp. and SoftBank Group Corp. plan a U.S. Neocloud venture with a 51%-49% ownership split and aim to launch services in fiscal 2027 alongside a 10-gigawatt AI infrastructure buildout.
SoftBank Corp. and SoftBank Group Corp. said they will jointly set up SB Neo, Inc. in Delaware in July 2026 to run Neocloud services in the United States. SoftBank Corp. will hold 51% of the company and SoftBank Group Corp. will own 49%. The venture is targeting a fiscal 2027 service launch and will be supported by a 10-gigawatt AI infrastructure buildout aimed at large enterprise customers, including hyperscalers (major cloud computing providers).
