THEA has raised $8 million to build out its predictive behavioral AI infrastructure and expand a Solana-based onchain coordination layer. The round was led by Maven11 Capital, Spartan Group, Manifold Trading, HackVC and Fisher8 Capital. Founded in 2024 and based in the Cayman Islands, THEA has said its models are trained on more than 35 billion real-world decision data points. The company also plans to launch THEA Network and a utility token intended for network access and payments, extending earlier plans for the network to provide coordination and settlement for its predictive behavioral AI system tied to real-time risk markets.
