Arkham traced a 500 BTC July 2 transfer from a Clifton Collins-linked wallet to Coinbase as Ireland’s Criminal Assets Bureau said it had made a third 500 BTC seizure, taking recovered coins to 1,500 BTC.
Arkham said a wallet linked to convicted Irish drug trafficker Clifton Collins transferred 500 BTC to Coinbase on July 2, valued at roughly $30.76 million to $30.91 million at the time. Newer reporting tied the same movement to a third seizure by Ireland’s Criminal Assets Bureau, which said another 500 BTC worth about €27 million had been identified as proceeds of crime, lifting total recovered from Collins-linked wallets to 1,500 BTC. Arkham also identified earlier 500 BTC movements from the same cluster, including a March deposit to Coinbase Prime Custody and a May transfer through Wintermute/Binance-linked addresses. After the latest move, the address still held 4,500 BTC worth about $277.16 million, according to the older record.
