Nasdaq-listed ORBS detailed positions in OpenAI, Beast Industries, 283.45 million WLD, 16,278 ETH, and roughly $149 million in cash and stablecoins in a PRNewswire release.
Eightco Holdings Inc. said its treasury holdings were worth about $386 million as of 4:00 p.m. ET on July 1, 2026, combining indirect exposure to OpenAI, a stake in Beast Industries, digital assets, and cash-like reserves. The Nasdaq-listed company said the portfolio includes a $90 million indirect investment in OpenAI through SPVs (special purpose vehicles), an $18 million investment in Beast Industries, a $1 million investment in Mythical Games, 283,452,700 Worldcoin tokens valued at $0.36 each based on Coinbase pricing, 16,278 ETH, and about $149 million in cash and stablecoins. It also said Robinhood listed Worldcoin, widening access to the token for millions of users, and noted OpenAI recently disclosed that it had confidentially filed an S-1 for a potential IPO. Eightco framed the portfolio around three themes it says will shape the next decade: artificial intelligence through OpenAI, digital identity through Worldcoin, and the creator economy through Beast Industries. The company said its OpenAI exposure represents about 23% of ORBS holdings, its WLD position about 27%, and Beast Industries about 5%. It described its Worldcoin position as the largest publicly disclosed institutional holding globally, equal to about 8.1% of circulating supply. Board member Thomas "Tom" Lee said the AI buildout is expanding beyond models into infrastructure, compute, applications, and capital formation, while arguing that proof of human identity remains important as deepfakes and AI agents proliferate. Eightco also cited recent developments it said support that view, including the reported lifting on June 30 of a U.S. ban on Anthropic's Fable 5 model, Meta's reported plans announced July 1 to build a cloud business selling AI compute, and NBC-cited survey data estimating 15 million adults in the U.S. had been defrauded, with 12% of successful fraud cases linked to AI or deepfakes. The release presents Eightco as a publicly traded vehicle offering indirect access to private technology companies including OpenAI and Beast Industries, while tying its WLD holdings to World's proof-of-human network. The company said World issues World ID through Orb devices to verify that a user is a unique person rather than an AI agent, and said applications under World's announced model pay per verification while end users are verified for free.
