The PURR-listed digital asset treasury company said it used $36 million in cash, kept $149.4 million in reserves and avoided issuing new shares as adjusted mNAV stayed near or below 1.
Hyperliquid Strategies bought 600,000 HYPE over the past seven days, building its position in the HYPE ecosystem as the U.S.-traded digital asset treasury company deployed part of its balance sheet rather than raising fresh equity. The purchases were worth about $40.6 million at current prices and were funded with $36 million in cash. After the buying, the firm said it still held $149.4 million in cash reserves. It also said it did not issue new shares because adjusted mNAV (modified net asset value ratio) was near or below 1, a level that can make equity issuance less attractive for treasury-style vehicles.
