The heavy-duty truck and trailer aftermarket distributor is adding three acquired businesses as it broadens its parts distribution, repair and mobile service footprint across the U.S.
Road Warrior Parts & Service said it has completed multiple acquisitions that expand its heavy-duty parts distribution and repair network, adding LASCO Heavy Duty in Kentucky, Mid-States Tire and Retread in Missouri, and Colton Truck Terminal Garage in California. The company said the deals support its strategy of building a national platform across both parts and service, following its earlier rebrand from Commercial Truck and Trailer Parts. The acquisitions add custom spring manufacturing and repair, ABS trailer repairs, wheel alignments, axle repairs, heavy-duty brake service, tire sales, in-shop service, 24/7 mobile roadside assistance and Southern California heavy-duty repair capabilities. Road Warrior said it has also added a mobile repair business line and is using its heavy-duty parts sourcing and procurement capabilities to support faster turnaround times, more reliable parts availability and broader service offerings. LASCO Heavy Duty traces its roots to Louisville Auto Spring & Brake, founded in 1927, and expanded to Lexington, Kentucky. Mid-States Tire & Retread serves the greater Kansas City area and provides roadside support within a 100-mile radius of Kansas City. Colton Truck Terminal Garage, founded in 1956, repairs trucks, RVs and motorhomes in Southern California, with a focus on brake and suspension work. Road Warrior said it will continue pursuing acquisitions and organic growth as it expands the breadth, depth and geographic reach of its network. The company said it carries more than 350 nationally recognized brands, including its private-label line, and serves customers across intermodal, freight and shipping, distribution, leasing services, repair services and OEM manufacturers. Sope Creek Capital, an Atlanta-based family office founded by Kevin Nolan, is the lead investor and operational partner.
