Transfers, QR-code payments, deposits and investments were disabled on July 1. Fiat withdrawals and deposits, crypto deposits, cards and the mobile app are set to stop on July 31, followed by crypto withdrawals on September 30. Savings and investment accounts will close on December 31, marking the final step in the shutdown.
