Asseto adds NGI+ token tied to Partners Group private infrastructure strategy

The on-chain product gives eligible investors economic exposure to a private infrastructure strategy linked to fund interests associated with Partners Group Next Generation Infrastructure, with monthly dealing and a T+25 redemption cycle.

Summary

Asseto said its platform now supports NGI+, an on-chain token backed by interests in a private infrastructure equity fund associated with Partners Group Next Generation Infrastructure, part of a strategy managed by Partners Group, which oversees more than $185 billion in assets. Under the product terms, eligible investors can gain on-chain economic exposure linked to the strategy’s net asset value, or NAV, performance. Asseto said the addition expands its tokenization platform from money markets, fixed income and supply chain finance into private infrastructure equity, a private-markets segment that is typically harder to access and less liquid than public assets. The underlying strategy uses direct investments in core infrastructure and discounted LP interests in closed-end private infrastructure funds, with exposure tied to themes including digitization, decarbonization and new living. Asseto said the fund offers monthly subscriptions and redemptions with a T+25 settlement cycle, while the token has 24/7 on-chain transferability. It also said the underlying strategy had delivered a cumulative net return of 48.8% since February 1, 2024, with volatility below 2.5% as of April 2026.
