The company shifted customer-facing tender sales and display to Nautical Ventures' new Dania Beach waterfront site while keeping rigging, service, logistics and delivery at its Fort Lauderdale marina.
Vision Marine Technologies Inc. said it has completed the transition of tender-showroom and customer-facing sales activities from its 1440 S. Federal property in Fort Lauderdale to Nautical Ventures' Dania Beach waterfront location, while maintaining tender rigging, service, parts, logistics and delivery at Nautical Ventures' Marina in Fort Lauderdale. The company said the Dania Beach site, which opened in June 2026 at 50 South Bryan Road, now serves as the customer-facing hub for tender display, sales and on-water engagement, replacing the previous Federal Highway showroom. Vision Marine said the completed shift supports a more focused customer experience by separating retail and demonstration activity from the operational functions needed to prepare and deliver tenders. With the transition complete, the 1440 S. Federal property is no longer required for its prior showroom role and is subject to a pending sale scheduled to close on July 28, 2026, subject to customary title and closing matters, including the resolution of open or expired building permits and-or code-enforcement cases. The agreement is not subject to a buyer financing contingency or buyer due-diligence period, though Vision Marine said there is no assurance the transaction will close on the anticipated terms or at all. Chief Executive Officer Alexandre Mongeon said the move is part of the company's broader real estate and operational optimization initiative as it integrates the Nautical Ventures platform.
