The new facility combines collaboration spaces, a flagship AI Hub, and integrated security and operations capabilities as DXC expands its global network of customer engagement sites.
DXC Technology said it has opened a new Customer Experience Center in Bengaluru, adding a 200,000-square-foot site that the company described as one of its largest global delivery hubs. The facility is designed to help enterprises move from AI experimentation to scaled deployment by bringing DXC consultants, customers, and partners together to identify, engineer, test, and operationalize AI solutions tied to business outcomes. The center includes customer collaboration areas, ideation and co-creation spaces, and an AI Hub focused on hands-on development and testing, alongside cybersecurity and network operations functions such as a Cyber Range, Forensics Labs, a Security Operations Center (security monitoring unit), and a Network Operations Center (centralized network management unit). DXC said the site will showcase capabilities across AI, consulting, engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, and network transformation, with an emphasis on integrating AI into existing enterprise systems of record and IT operations.
