Piramal Pharma Limited said its FY2026 annual report showed revenue from operations of ₹8,869 crore, supported by 17 global development and manufacturing facilities and a commercial presence in more than 100 countries. The company said about 66% of revenue came from regulated markets, underscoring its international exposure. Chairperson Ms. Nandini Piramal described FY2026 as a transitional year marked by external disruptions and business-specific factors, but said the company exited the year stronger across its three businesses with improved execution and better visibility on future growth. Piramal Pharma Solutions, its CDMO (contract development and manufacturing organization) unit, contributed 55% of revenue and served more than 500 global customers. The company said it continued strategic investments during the year, including a US$90 million expansion in sterile injectables and payload linker capabilities. Piramal Critical Care strengthened its position in the U.S. inhaled anesthesia market, retained its No. 1 position in the U.S. Sevoflurane market, completed the acquisition of Kenalog, and continued serving more than 6,000 hospitals, surgical centres and clinics globally. Piramal Consumer Healthcare posted ₹1,274 crore in revenue, maintained a portfolio of more than 25 consumer brands, and launched 31 new products and SKUs (stock-keeping units). Its Power Brands grew 24% and accounted for 52% of Consumer Healthcare revenue. The company said quality remained a core focus, with 38 regulatory inspections completed in FY2026, including three USFDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration) inspections, while maintaining zero Official Action Indicated, or OAI (formal U.S. FDA compliance action), observations across all USFDA inspections. Piramal Pharma also reported a 22.6% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions from its FY2022 baseline after approval of its science-based decarbonisation roadmap, and said it had more than 7,285 employees and achieved zero fatalities for the fifth consecutive year.
