Law-firm notices say the proposed class action covers securities traceable to BitGo’s January 22, 2026 IPO and post-IPO purchases through May 13, 2026, alleging misleading disclosures about crypto-price risks and business prospects.
The Schall Law Firm and Rosen Law Firm issued investor notices about a securities class action against BitGo Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BTGO), saying purchasers of securities traceable to the company’s January 22, 2026 initial public offering and investors who bought securities through May 13, 2026 may seek appointment as lead plaintiff by August 7, 2026. Both notices say the lawsuit alleges BitGo’s offering documents and later public statements were materially false or misleading because the company understated risks from declining digital asset prices while promoting its financial performance and prospects as a public company. The firms said investors suffered damages when the alleged truth reached the market, and both noted that no class has yet been certified.
