SEB SA said the liquidity account dedicated to its agreement with Rothschild Martin Maurel held 7,625 shares and €1,472,335 as of June 30, 2026. From Dec. 31, 2025 to June 30, 2026, the account recorded 5,909 purchase transactions covering 338,043 shares for €16,417,492.48 and 5,307 sale transactions covering 330,418 shares for €16,019,956.03. A year earlier, on June 30, 2025, the account held no shares and €1,869,871. Following a reorganization within the Rothschild & Co group, management of the liquidity agreement for SEB on Euronext Paris will transfer from Rothschild & Co Martin Maurel to Rothschild & Co Global Markets Solutions (Europe) SA effective July 1, 2026, with no change to the agreement’s terms or resources allocated to it.
