The company said purchases of eligible PLA Basic Refill colors in its US and EU stores will trigger donations equal to full list price to UN Crisis Relief.
Bambu Lab said it will run a 48-hour community fundraising drive starting July 13 at 8:00 a.m. UTC−4, 2026, to support earthquake recovery in Venezuela. Shoppers using the promo code 4Venezuela on eligible PLA Basic Refill products in yellow, blue and red at Bambu Lab’s US and EU online stores will pay promotional prices, while the company will donate an amount equal to each product’s full list price, or MSRP (manufacturer’s suggested retail price), to UN Crisis Relief in the maker community’s name. The initiative builds on a USD 50,000 contribution announced by Bambu Lab LATAM on July 3 and follows twin earthquakes that struck Venezuela on June 24, 2026, with magnitudes of 7.2 and 7.5, which the U.S. Geological Survey said were the country’s strongest seismic events in more than a century. Bambu Lab also said it will continue supporting LayerLab, its official distributor in Venezuela, with filament and printers for maker-led production, while LayerLab has separately donated 160 kg of filament and print capacity. The company said final campaign details will be released when the drive opens and that it plans to publish the total raised after the campaign closes on July 15.
