Siltstone Capital said the inaugural Europe event will focus on litigation finance trends including arbitration, class actions, IP disputes and regulation, with early bird registration now open.
LITFINCON will hold its first European conference at the Rosewood Amsterdam on October 7–8, 2026, marking the series' expansion into a region Siltstone Capital described as one of the world's most dynamic litigation finance markets. The event comes as Europe sees growth in cross-border collective actions, international arbitration, intellectual property disputes, the Netherlands' WAMCA regime, the Unified Patent Court and a shifting regulatory environment. Siltstone said the two-day conference will feature eleven panels under the theme "The Claim Is the Asset: IP, Arbitration, Class Actions & the Investors Who Know It," bringing together investors, funders, law firms, corporate counsel and other industry participants. Topics will include regulatory frameworks in the UK, EU and US, European transaction structures, collective redress, cross-border enforcement, law firm and portfolio financing, insurance and risk transfer, patent litigation funding, allocations to litigation finance funds, and AI in the sector. The Amsterdam meeting follows LITFINCON Asia in Singapore in June 2026 and builds on five years of growth for the conference series. Siltstone said previous editions in Houston, Beverly Hills and Singapore drew more than 1,000 attendees. Looking ahead, the series is scheduled to continue with LITFINCON Houston on February 24–25, 2027, at The Post Oak Hotel in Houston, Texas.
