Law firms said investors who bought Nano-X securities from March 31, 2025 to April 17, 2026 have until August 11, 2026 to seek lead plaintiff status over alleged misstatements on demand, efficiency and manufacturing alignment.
Bragar Eagel & Squire and The Law Offices of Frank R. Cruz said shareholder class action lawsuits have been filed against Nano-X Imaging Ltd. on behalf of investors who purchased or otherwise acquired Nano-X securities between March 31, 2025 and April 17, 2026, with an August 11, 2026 deadline to seek lead plaintiff status. The complaints allege Nano-X overstated efficiency gains and demand for its products while failing to disclose that production and manufacturing operations were poorly aligned with demand, increasing operating expenses and cash burn and raising the likelihood of restructuring and impairment charges. The filings point to Nano-X’s April 20, 2026 fourth-quarter 2025 results, when it reported a $33.4 million net loss including a $17.5 million impairment charge tied to long-lived assets after a restructuring initiative at its Korean chip manufacturing facility and said CFO Ran Daniel would step down on July 31, 2026. Nano-X shares fell about 25% to $2.15 on April 20, 2026 from $2.85 on April 17, 2026, according to the releases.
