The AI data center company said its Bitcoin treasury has moved above 1,000 after additional purchases, extending a recent accumulation drive as it pivots part of its Michigan infrastructure from mining toward AI compute.
Hyperscale Data, Inc. said its corporate treasury now holds more than 1,000 Bitcoin after buying about 100.35 BTC, following earlier purchases of 67 BTC on July 2 and 50.65 BTC before July 6. The company said it previously held 899.65 BTC, valued at about $57.2 million at a Bitcoin price of roughly $63,548, and has built its holdings through a mix of open-market purchases and mining output. Executive Chairman Milton "Todd" Ault III said surpassing 1,000 BTC reflects the company’s conviction in maintaining a strong corporate treasury while it develops AI infrastructure. Hyperscale Data operates data center infrastructure in Michigan and has been shifting part of that capacity from Bitcoin mining workloads to AI compute, mirroring a broader industry move by miners seeking to repurpose power and cooling assets for artificial intelligence demand. The company also said it holds about 10,000 ounces of .999 silver.
