Rocket One Inc. said it added the SpaceXAI API to its artificial intelligence technology stack after being accepted into the SpaceXAI API program, giving it access to multimodal AI models for coding, reasoning, text, image, video and voice applications. The Nasdaq-listed company said it plans to evaluate the models across AI infrastructure, autonomous defense software and next-generation space technologies, while its shares rose more than 30% in premarket trading following the announcement. Rocket One said the move complements its licensed nanomagnetic and spintronic computing technologies, but cautioned that its plans remain subject to risks disclosed in its SEC filings, including the early-stage status of the licensed technologies and the need for additional capital, testing and qualification.
