The undisclosed investment deepens ties between the stablecoin company's venture arm and the blockchain analytics and compliance group, which also added Circle to its Agentic Design Partner Program.
Circle Ventures has made an undisclosed investment in Elliptic, a blockchain analytics and compliance company. The deal follows Elliptic’s $120 million Series D in May, which was led by One Peak and included Nasdaq Ventures, Deutsche Bank and British Business Bank. Elliptic also said Circle has joined its Agentic Design Partner Program, linking the investment to a broader commercial and product relationship as compliance tools remain central to digital-asset risk management.
