TIME and Statista recognized CAE among 125 companies based on employee satisfaction, revenue growth and sustainability transparency, as the simulation and training company highlighted its workforce, culture and long-term value creation.
CAE said it was named to TIME’s Canada’s Best Companies 2026 list, a ranking compiled with Statista that evaluates businesses on employee satisfaction, revenue growth and sustainability transparency. The Montreal-based company said the recognition reflects the strength of its workforce, the culture it is building and its focus on responsible growth, innovation and long-term value creation. TIME and Statista based the ranking on three dimensions. Employee satisfaction drew on survey data from about 37,000 verified employees at Canadian companies over the past three years, covering recommendations and ratings on image, atmosphere, working conditions, salary, workplace and equality. Revenue growth used Statista’s revenue database over the last three years and required at least $100 million in revenue in 2024 or 2025 as well as positive growth, with both relative and absolute growth assessed. Sustainability transparency was measured through an ESG index and related research spanning environmental, social and governance indicators. The 125 highest-scoring companies were recognized. President and Chief Executive Officer Matthew Bromberg said the award reflects employees’ dedication in helping CAE grow responsibly, innovate with purpose and make an impact for customers, communities and stakeholders.
