The company said its AI orchestration platform is already in production at Fortune 500 banks and can be deployed in four to six months without replacing core systems.
ArcOne AI said it has expanded ArcOne BankOS, its vertical AI orchestration system for revenue intelligence, across retail banking, commercial banking, global transaction banking, capital markets, wealth management and payments. The company said the platform, built on Ocular AI, is already in production at Fortune 500 banks and is extending its agent capabilities, connectors, semantic layer and governance framework for more complex banking environments. The platform is designed to connect fragmented bank data through more than 60 connectors spanning core banking and enterprise systems, while automatically mapping more than 80% of fields across major core banking platforms. ArcOne said this reduces integration work that previously took months to a process completed in days, without requiring infrastructure migration or core replacement. ArcOne BankOS includes three integrated layers covering data, intelligence and agents. Its intelligence layer uses TERRA, an orchestration engine for activating, evaluating, investigating, recommending and acting, and manages a library of more than 100 AI agents. Those agents are packaged into three multi-agent products: Enrich360 for pricing, product and profitability intelligence; Experience360 for customer experience and engagement; and Exceptions360 for process and exception intelligence. LYZA, a multimodal command interface, links banking staff to the agent ecosystem across channels including web, voice, text, video, documents, IoT (internet-connected devices) and edge inputs. ArcOne said the system is built to ISO 42001 standards for responsible AI and includes audit-ready lineage and explainability to support SOX, OCC (U.S. bank regulator), CFPB (U.S. consumer finance regulator) and SR 26-2 model risk management requirements. Certified channel partners can reduce initial deployment to four to six months through a three-step activation model: Connect, Map and Activate, the company said. The company cited production use cases including a regional bank that has used ArcOne EPM for two years for account analysis and transaction management, a multinational financial services company operating in 196 countries using real-time pricing intelligence across product lines, and a global bank using Exceptions360 to automate quote-to-cash and address revenue leakage in multi-entity fee reconciliation and billing. ArcOne BankOS, Enrich360, Experience360 and Exceptions360 are available now for existing and new customers.
