
Publicis Groupe said its June 30 liquidity account held 85,530 shares and €13.17 million under its BNP Paribas contract, with more than 1 million shares bought and sold in the first half under AMF rules.
Publicis Groupe published its half-year statement on the liquidity contract covering the first half of 2026 under its agreement with BNP Paribas. As of June 30, 2026, the liquidity account held 85,530 shares and €13,169,391 in cash. During the first half, 6,353 buy-side transactions were executed for a total of 1,093,705 shares and €87,809,846, while 6,406 sell-side transactions covered 1,024,075 shares and €82,506,612. The company also recalled that the liquidity account held 22,900 shares and €17,728,607 on December 31, 2025, following second-half 2025 activity of 926,810 shares bought for €78,066,262 across 6,709 transactions and 940,140 shares sold for €79,548,580 across 7,388 transactions. Publicis Groupe added that when the activity started on September 12, 2022, the account held 95,500 shares and €10,076,020. The report said it was prepared in accordance with AMF Decision N°2021-01 of June 22, 2021 on liquidity contracts for shares as an accepted market practice.
