Global Banking School said it outperformed the UK higher education sector across all seven core themes of the 2026 National Student Survey, with its highest satisfaction scores in Teaching on my Course and Academic Support at 92.9%. The results, published by the Office for Students (OfS) (UK higher education regulator), were based on 6,488 published student responses, up by 1,087 from 2025, with a publication response rate of 81.2%. The release coincides with GBS's 2026 graduation ceremonies across Leeds, Birmingham, Manchester and London, where 6,000 graduates are completing studies in areas including construction management, digital technology and health and social care. CEO James Kennedy said the scores reflected student dedication, staff commitment and a continued focus on improving education and support.
