The Bitcoin mining company said its NYSE-listed Class A shares are expected to begin trading on a post-consolidation basis on July 21 under ticker CANG with a new CUSIP number.
Cango Inc. said its board will implement a 1-for-10 share consolidation for all issued and outstanding Class A and Class B ordinary shares, following shareholder authorization at an extraordinary general meeting on June 24, 2026. Every ten shares will be consolidated into one share of the same class, effective at 5:00 p.m. EDT on July 20. The company expects its Class A ordinary shares to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on a post-consolidation basis on July 21 under the existing ticker symbol CANG and a new CUSIP number of G1820C 110. Cango describes itself as a Bitcoin mining company with operations across North America, the Middle East, South America and East Africa, and says it also runs the AutoCango.com international used car export business.
