CITIC Securities and CSC Financial deployed a combined 31-person guidance team for the tutoring period running from May 19 to June 30, 2026. The work was carried out through on-site due diligence, centralized instruction sessions and discussions on specific issues. In the next stage, the focus will be on promptly coordinating communication among intermediaries and the company over issues identified during the process, studying and determining compliance plans, and urging the tutoring target to implement rectification requirements.
