Astrana Health said it will release financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026 after the stock market closes on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026, and will discuss the results on a conference call later that day at 2:30 p.m. PT, or 5:30 p.m. ET. The call will be available by webcast and by phone using domestic and international dial-in numbers, and a recording will be posted shortly after the event at the webcast link. An accompanying slide presentation will also be published in PDF format on the company's IR Calendar page after the earnings release is issued. Astrana, which trades on Nasdaq under the symbol ASTH, describes itself as a physician-centric, technology-enabled and AI-powered healthcare company focused on value-based care. The company said it supports more than 20,000 providers and about 1.55 million patients through affiliated provider networks, a management services organization, and integrated care delivery clinics spanning primary, specialty, and ancillary care.
